Today we are loving the work of street-artist Malarky. You may very well have spotted some of his fun & colourful creations around London and Barcelona, where he makes it his personal mission to brighten up the otherwise grey walls and shutters of both cities. Head here for more pics and a full interview with the artist.

Have a look at just some of our snaps from Cannes this year... Happy to report we remember most of this. (most of it). See you in 2013!

And we're keeping 'em coming this week, with this: the lastest ad from our very own Jamie Childs! It's an online promo for new drinks brand Zeo, and we are loving Jamie's hyper visual take on this project; very cool indeed.

Loving artist Kumi Yamashita's Shadow Art. Close-to-no material used and yet such a striking result. Beautifully simple. Head here for more.

Props to our very own Bruce Hunt on an absolutely stunning new ad for Samsung's new smart televisions. The spot is a real feast for the eyes, and features Ozzie World 100 meter Freestyle Champion swimmer James Magnussen. Also, how good do those TVs look? #want

Today's Music Vid Crush is a little bit special; it comes from our very own Michael Pearce, who directed three-piece band The TenFiveSixty in this beautiful promo for their new single, Do This For Me. Shot in VHS & featuring a host of touching yet aggressive imagery, it's hard not to be moved by it. Michael clearly has a bright future ahead of him - very proud of this one.

Chinese photographer & art director Manbo Key's overexposed & demented photographs have really caught our eye today. Teetering a fine line between work that is engaging and yet slightly distasteful often makes for tenuous grounds, but in this case we think it really works. More here.

Yesterday we announced that director Phil Lind had joined our camps, and today we're very proud to show you his latest promo for Channel 4's new Gordon Ramsay show, Gordon Behind Bars.
This will be Phil's last promo for 4, as he is heading to ITV Creative to work as their newly-appointed Creative Director (head here for more info on that). The show's first episode airs tonight at 9 - be sure to catch it.

Loving these 1950s-style posters from illustrator Paul X Johnson, who uses gouache and ink to create some truly magnificently moody prints. Head here for more.

Beyond thrilled to announce the latest addition to our growing family: Director Phil Lind has built an impressive reel of instantly recognisable promotional campaigns, including “Mosh”, which features the cast of Shane Meadows’ This Is England ’86 (see below), the award-winning “Summer” for 4Music, and a charity spot for the Albert Kennedy Trust starring Sir Ian McKellen, to name just a few.
Phil began his career directing music videos, and later joined Channel 4’s 4Creative, where he was appointed Deputy Network Creative Director in 2011. His first promotional spot “Stealing” for the UK TV hit Shameless earned him a D&AD nomination, and a further two spots - “Missing” for Shameless, and “The Experiments” for Derren Brown both featured ‘In Book’ for D&AD in 2010 and 2012.
Phil's time with Channel 4 has recently come to an end, as he has just recently been appointed Creative Director at ITV Creative, where he will be leading the broadcaster’s in-house team. Phil’s unique talent and distinct observational documentary style are an invaluable addition to our roster, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome him HOME.
